Should I acquire a subscription plan as a brand?

All owners of registered brands must choose one of the three subscription plans: Starter, Professional, Enterprise; each with different prices and revenue sharing model.

There is a "Forgot your password?" option available just above the "Log in" button when accessing the platform.

The seller (brand owner) must create a store to add products on the platform. The seller can create and manage their store from the provided modules.

What is the meaning of Package of Product and Package of Inventory?

Package of Products:

This refers to the maximum number of catalogue products that a seller can add or include in their offers under a specific subscription package.

Package of Inventory:

This refers to the maximum number of inventories or storage units (SKUs) that a seller can manage and offer for sale under a particular subscription package.

In summary, "Package of Products" is more about the diversity and types of products, while "Package of Inventory" is about the actual quantity or stock levels of those products.

Do brands have the ability to add users?

Yes, brands have the ability to add additional users.

Can brands update their logos, banners, and product images on the brand's webpage?

Yes, brands have the ability to update all the images and information found on their brand page, as well as the product images, through their login.

How do brands know when a new order has been placed or when they have received a quotation request?

The platform will send a notification to the primary user of an account via email.

Is there an internal message board where brands can interact with distributors throughout the entire ordering process?

Yes, the platform features a messaging board that will serve as an efficient mode of communication.

Is an invoice generated with each order? Do brands need to create an invoice?

The platform will automatically generate an invoice with every order.

What is the payment method and how does it work?

Distributors can make payments through Stripe, exportsy's digital payment partner. Brands receive payment through bank transfer.

What is the commission that brands must pay when placing an order?

When a sale is completed on the exportsy platform, the brand owner (seller) will receive a percentage based on their chosen subscription plan.

For instance, if a transaction totals 2000€ on the platform and the seller has selected the Professional subscription plan, they will earn 92% of the total amount.

Should I acquire a subscription plan as a distributor?

Distributors do not need to purchase a subscription plan.

Only brands on exportsy are required to choose a subscription plan. As a distributor, you do not need to buy a plan unless you want to publish offers.

Step 1: Distributor's quotation request

The distributor visits the platform, selects a specific product, and sends a quotation request (RFQ).

Step 2: Communication and agreement

The quotation request is sent to the Brand owner.

The brand and the distributor communicate and reach a mutual agreement.

Step 3: Invoice process

The brand owner issues an invoice request, and the distributor is notified via email with a link.

Step 4: Payment transaction

The distributor clicks on the link and is redirected to the payment page to make the payment.

exportsy receives the payment in the linked account.

Step 5: Order completion

The order is marked as completed, and the order amount, minus the administrative commission, is added to the brand's wallet.

Step 6: Funds withdrawal process

The brand owner requests a withdrawal of funds from the wallet.
